He was respectful, knowledgeable ,and genuinely cared about my well-being in these cold winter temperatures, professional, honest and listened carefully to what I had to say. After looking at my furnace, he gave multiple different conservative options. Anytime I have anything done to my home, I always have 3-4 estimates from different companies. The other companies did not even come close in price. One company was so pushy about obtaining my business when I mentioned I had others giving me quotes, that he proceeded to blow up my phone and email the rest of that evening into the next day..... causing me to block their number. The experience I had with Weddles felt like family. My new highly efficient furnace was installed in less than 24 hrs later. I call that amazing customer service!
